Return Policy

MAISON CHARLEE – RETURN POLICY
1. Withdrawal period
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
2. How to make a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us first at contact@maisoncharlee.com, stating your order number. You can use the model withdrawal form (see point 7) or any other unambiguous statement.
Products must be returned to the following address: Maison Charlee, 149 avenue d’En Carbouner, 66160 Le Boulou, France.
3. Return conditions
Products must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. Any damaged, incomplete or used product cannot be refunded.
4. Return costs
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to the seller.
5. Refunds
The refund is made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned products or of the proof of shipment provided by the customer. It is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
6. Excluded products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalised products, nor for products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or safety.
7. Model withdrawal form
The model withdrawal form is attached as an appendix to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. It can also be sent to you on request at contact@maisoncharlee.com.
8. Damaged product or order error
Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it. If a product is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us quickly at contact@maisoncharlee.com, with a photo if possible, so that we can find a solution.
